A warm welcome back! ๐ฉฐโจ
News & Dates from the Oremek-Reeves Ballet School
Dear pupils,
dear parents, dear ballet families,
after the long summer holidays, I am delighted that our ballet studios are finally filling up again with life, music and, of course, lots of dancing!
It’s always lovely to see familiar faces again after the summer break and to hear what everyone got up to during the holidays. At the same time, we’re also delighted to welcome some new pupils to our school! A warm welcome to our ballet family!
Now we’re setting off together into the second half of the year, and the coming weeks already have some wonderful performances and events in store for us.
๐ฎ Bad Homburg Lantern Festival

๐๏ธ Advance ticket sales for ‘The Nutcracker’
All ballet and Christmas enthusiasts should mark one date in particular in their diaries right now:

To mark our 60th anniversary, this year we are presenting a very special production of the ballet classic “The Nutcracker” at the Kurtheater in Bad Homburg.
โ
Over 200 dancers will be taking part, both on stage and behind the scenes, transforming the Kurtheater into the enchanting world of Clara, the Nutcracker and the Sugar Plum Fairy.
Our performances:
Saturday, 28 November 2026 | 4.00 pm
Sunday, 29 November 2026 | 11.00 am
This year, there’s also a lovely new feature:
For the first time, tickets can be conveniently purchased online! ๐๏ธ
Anyone who prefers to buy their tickets in person can, of course, still do so the traditional way at the Tourist Information Centre’s ticket shop in the Kurtheater Bad Homburg.
โ
We’ll publish the link to the online ticket sales page and all further information in good time via our usual channels.

๐ฑ Stay up to date
As performance times for events can sometimes change at short notice or are only finalised later, we publish all the latest information via our WhatsApp status and our social media channels.
If you’re not already following us there, you really should do so. ๐
โ
As well as up-to-date dates and last-minute information, you’ll of course also find regular little glimpses into our lessons, rehearsals, performances and everything else that goes on behind the scenes at the ballet school.
So the coming weeks will be anything but boring, and once advance ticket sales begin, the official build-up to our grand ‘Nutcracker’ and our 60th anniversary will really get underway.
Until then, we’re looking forward to a wonderful and eventful late summer and autumn with you, filled with shared experiences, music and, of course, lots and lots of ballet! ๐ฉฐ
It’s lovely to have you all back!
Warm regards,
Jasmin
